Community Plate and Prince Memorial Library invites you to join us at Wescustogo Hall and Community Center in North Yarmouth for a special evening of connection through the sharing of food, stories, and recipes. Our theme for this supper is "Being There." Maine winters can be hard, which is why it's so important to show up and be present even when times are tough. When we are there for our neighbors, they will be there for us. To paraphrase a well-known quote, 80% of community is just showing up. During and after the meal, we'll be sharing and hearing stories about the benefits to being there for each other. Prior to the supper, you will receive a series of story prompts that we will use to share stories during the supper.
